Certificate Of Insurance (COI) Requests![]()
Make sure that all fields that your players are using (practice and games) have a current COI.
The 24/25 COI coverage ends on 8/31 and new coverage for 25/26 starts on 9/1.
The 2025-2026 Seasonal Year Requests are now OPEN as of 8/20/25.
